SK Primacor Europe’s recognition program aims to provide a positive work environment where members feel valued for their contributions and to raise awareness on extraordinary achievements.
This program will allow you to recognize and be recognized by your peers for work performance, attitudes and/or actions you have.

You can nominate publically and privately, using Guudjob web or app. Each manager will receive their team’s recognitions and will decide if those should be awarded.

After recognizing your peer, you will assess the nomination with a post-recognition survey. This survey helps the manager assess the level of recognition of that achievement.
Besides the recognition and interaction you will get on the platform, levels “Builder” and “Inspirer” receive an explicit congratulation from their manager, an amount of point for our gift catalogue and a recognition certificate.
You will be remembered! We implemented the “Hall of Fame” a channel on Guudjob, where you will find all public recognitions that were awarded.
Who decides if I should receive an award?
The person that nominates you will answer the post-recognition survey, but your manager will be the one to decide if your recognition should receive an award.
If I make a private recognition, who will see it?
Private recognitions can only be seen by the person you have recognized and people involved in the management of recognitions.
Where are awards delivered?
You will receive them at your domicile, as long as you keep it updated in the gift platform.
Do likes on Guudjob influence the manager’s decision?
No, likes you receive from your peers do not influence your eligibility for an award. Your manager will decide if an award should be given based on the explained criteria.
