Guide employees to leave their idea or suggestion in the right place. This way it will be easier for you to manage from the Administration Panel.

Create categories and subcategories, assigning administrators to each mailbox.

Anonymous or Private | With or without image

GIVES EMPLOYEES THE OPTION OF SENDING THEIR OWN SUGGESTIONS PRIVATELY OR 100% ANONYMOUSLY

If the employee checks the “anonymous” option, the mailbox administrator will receive the suggestion, but will not know who has left it. In many cases, anonymity allows for more transparency.

If this option is not checked, the administrator will know who has left the suggestion, but it will be 100% private, and only the administrator will know the reported content.

Establish a set of administrators for each mailbox. Divide the tasks of listening, analysing and resolving, as well as responding to employees who have been encouraged to contribute ideas or report issues or suggestions.

The administrator can reply to the employee in private, as well as mark the suggestion as “solved”. Easy, isn’t it?
